OMNI saysSELF · prune: PRUNE discards what’s no longer useful — and logs every removal.
The PRUNE discipline balances ARCHIVE: SELF discards artifacts that have lost value, keeping the system from bloating. Critically, prunes are recorded (a prunedAt timestamp ledger) so removal is auditable — you can always see what was pruned and when. "Why the restoration is honest" (§1a): because nothing vanishes silently. Only SELF prunes (R7), and it leaves a trail.
