OMNI saysWAKE — a kernel boots into an operating state; the start of a session.
WAKE is the kernel-tier verb: it takes a distilled kernel and boots the system into a live operating state — the organism "waking up" informed by what it distilled. Per R5, the kernel boots but doesn't edit; WAKE reads it to initialize. Naming: wakeKernel(kernel_name). WAKE is the moment a dormant seed becomes a running instance, closing the distill→boot cycle.
