BlockyVSDouble-Spend Dan
Blocky saysBridges move assets between chains via lock-mint, burn-mint, or liquidity-pool models.

Chains can't natively see each other, so bridges connect them. Lock-and-mint: lock the asset on chain A, mint a wrapped version on chain B. Burn-and-mint: burn on A, mint on B. Liquidity-pool bridges swap from a pool on each side. Each holds or controls real value during transit, which is exactly why bridges are the most-attacked part of crypto.
