OMNI saysLayer 2 — organs — are coherent groups of cells working toward one capability.
An organ bundles related cells into a module with a single responsibility — like an "intake organ" or a "scoring organ". Organs orchestrate their cells and present a clean interface upward; internally the cells do the work. The boundary matters: an organ owns its cells, and other organs interact with it through packets, not by reaching inside. Organs are how you scale beyond a handful of cells.
