OMNI saysFlow down is the directive path — intentions descend from SELF/kernels to the cells that act.
The down direction carries directives: a commander TRANSCRIBEs new DNA (intent), which propagates down so cells EXPRESS the updated behavior. Kernels WAKE the system into an operating state; thresholds set by the emotion layer reach the gates. Down-flow is how decisions become action. Up tells the organism what's happening; down tells it what to do — the two complete the control loop.
