ROLLBACK · revert to a prior known-good block

OMNIVSThe Silent Failure
OMNI saysROLLBACK — revert the current instance to a prior known-good block (v3.2).

ROLLBACK (v3.2, ledger tier) restores a previous, known-good block as the current state — the recovery counterpart to COMMIT. Because the chain is append-only and every version is recorded (R8), you can always find a good prior block and revert to it. ROLLBACK doesn't erase history (the bad block stays in the record); it re-points the instance to a trusted earlier state. It's why the LEDGER enables safe recovery.
