OMNI saysEXPRESS — a cell runs its DNA; a sub-agent fires. The everyday verb of doing.
EXPRESS is the workhorse cell verb: a cell enacts the DNA it was given — runs the logic, fires the sub-agent, produces output. Most functions in a healthy molecular codebase are EXPRESS cells. Naming follows verb + cell type: expressScoutCell(sub, emission). If a function "does the thing", it's almost certainly an EXPRESS.
